Heat Shrink Protection Sleeves With Color is designed for durability and reliability, 2.5mm Dia Fiber Optic Protection Sleeve with colorful inner EVA meltable Adhesive tube, and a polyolefin heat shrink outer tube. The strength member within the sleeve is made of tempered stainless steel with rounded and polished edges. The tubes are clear to allow viewing the color of the fiber after splicing. The entire assembly is heat bonded to ensure that all members maintain perfect alignment during shipping, handling, and the shrinking process for Fiber Optic Splice Protector. Fiber optic splice protection sleeves is a combination of transparent plastic tubing and a stainless-steel rod that is ideal for safeguarding fusion fiber optic splices in field and factory operations.
Features
Optic fiber heat shrinkable sleeves is used to protect the fiber optic joints. Move the heat shrink sleeves to the fiber optic connector, let the melting point of the heat shrinkable sleeves in the middle, gently straighten the fiber connector, put into the heater and heating. The EVA inner tube is melted, and the polyethylene pipe is tightly sleeved on the connecting optic fiber after shrinking. Since there is a stainless steel rod in the tube, it not only increases the tensile strength (1000~2300g). At the same time, can protective the fiber from being bending.
