EVA Outer Tube Heat Shrink Sleeve

Shrinkable Optical Sleeve is applied to the optical fiber closure to Fix and Protect The Optical Fiber when splicing. Designed for durability and reliability, the sleeves are constructed with an inner EVA meltable Adhesive tube, and EVA Heat Shrink Outer Tube. The strength member within the sleeve is made of tempered stainless steel with rounded and polished edges. The EVA Outer Tubes are clear to allow viewing the color of the fiber after splicing. Comparing to the PE Outer Tube Sleeves, the EVA Outer Tube Heat Shrink Sleeves can be started shrink with lower temperature and much quicklier than PE outer Tube Heat Shrink Sleeves, it will help you to save time when splicing. The entire assembly is heat bonded to ensure that all members maintain perfect alignment during shipping, handling, and the shrinking process for the best in optical fiber protection.

Features

Optic fiber heat shrinkable sleeves is used to protect the fiber optic joints. Move the heat shrink sleeves to the fiber optic connector, let the melting point of the heat shrinkable sleeves in the middle, gently straighten the fiber connector, put into the heater and heating. The EVA inner tube is melted, and the polyethylene pipe is tightly sleeved on the connecting optic fiber after shrinking. Since there is a stainless steel rod in the tube, it not only increases the tensile strength (1000~2300g). At the same time, can protective the fiber from being bending.
