applied tape for inner/outer /joint of pipeline  

Polyethylene pipe wrap tape (inner T100 & outer T200)is a synthetic 

rubberbased material extruded into a soft permanently elastic strip, 

available in a roll form.

cold applied tape  possesses high levels of surface tack 

and performs at a wide range of temperatures.

 PE inner /outer pipe wrap tape features:

Excellent adhesion to pipe and self

Resistant to UV

Can be applied over a wide temperature range

Good conformability and consistent uniform thickness

Easily applied with no special equipment

Compatible with common pipe coatings

Excellent resistance to cathodic disbonding

 

Meets ASTM D 1000 Standard

1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber.
2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene (PE) Plastic.
